Land Baron no more...
So the condo is sold! I actually got to receive the biggest check of my life, only to deposit it and pay off yet another loan. Financial debt is a strange thing: I remember Mr. Bohn telling us in some class that "Debt is good". I know he wasn't speaking of consumer/credit card debt (or is it usury). But oh well... That stress is removed.
Perhaps its the release, but I got a pretty nasty bug this week, and witnessed the advent of coworker get well wishes on their Yahoo Instant Messenger statuses. "Get Well Demian!", "Save Demian!", "Candle Light Vigil for Demian...' and so on...
I particularly enjoy the Ferris Bueller references.
