User Interface Failure: winlogon.exe - Application Error

I really like Windows XP, but I'm getting this error: "User Interface Failure: winlogon.exe x10039bfe" when I try to connect to my work machine. I'd really like this to go away! Any suggestions

Okay... In case people got here from GOOGLE. Let me tell you how I fixed it... Turns out I installed a CISCO Wireless ACU software (which we use at work to enable LEAP Authentication with 802.11b) which appparently does not currently play nice with windows XP. I ended up using System Restore Points to get back to a working condition. I hear that uninstalling the ACU will also work

The message I get is before I logon in to my Windows NT 2000 professional and is as follows:

**************************************************
The logon User Interface Dll C:\WINNT\System32\awgina.dll failed to load

Contact your System Administrator to replace the Dll, or restore the original Dll

Press
*************************************************

The system doesn’t come up any more
I did replace the file by copying the file manually and still get the message.
Any ideas?
